Techniques that we use to mark of fabrics
The technique used to label our products is selected when placing the order. Its choice largely depends on the logotype that is to be applied to the fabric. Depending on the complexity of the logo elements, we select the technique which will best represent them.
Screen printing
consists in forcing the paint onto the fabric through the holes of a properly prepared screen that acts as a template.
The paint is applied precisely only to the places that are to be printed.
The logo applied in the screen printing technique is resistant to UV rays, weather conditions, high temperatures and detergents.
Thermal transfer technique
is the thermal heating of the previously prepared print.
Its application is made possible by a combination of high temperature and high pressure.
Thermal transfer allows you to get a logo consisting of many small elements.
The material in the place of printing is as flexible as it was before the marking.
The resistance of the thermal transfer technique to various types of damage is similar to screen printing.
Computer embroidery
consists in applying a mark with an embroidery machine.
This technique allows for a very high durability of the sign. It is not afraid of frequent washing and ironing.
Additionally, materials with embroidered elements are perceived as more prestigious.
